Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Small Arms Maintenance Courses (SAM31) to USAREUR soldiers, who are serving or are scheduled to serve as unit armorers. The mission of Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) under this contract is to provide instructional services for a two (2) week course in Small Arms Maintenance (SAM 31) to Government identified USAREUR personnel and if authorized US Army Coalition Partners if and when required.
