This update provides the Projnet information for offerors to submit comments related to the draft solicitation for the Livermore Phase A project that was posted on 26 Nov 2019.��� To submit and review bid inquiry items, offerors will need to be a current registered user or self-register into the system. To self-register go to the aforementioned web page and click on the QUICK ADD link. Select agency as USACE, and enter the Bidder Inquiry Key for this solicitation listed below, your e-mail address, and then click continue. Fill in all required information and click Add User. 2. Solicitation Number is: W91238-19-R-0095 The Bidder Inquiry Key is: 27UFGK-RA57C3 The point of contact for this solicitation is: Amber Scyoc, Contract Specialist Telephone: (916) 557-7040 Email: Amber.Scyoc@usace.army.mil 9 Dec� 2019: 5 Dec 2019 Industry Day Presentation, Attendance List and�related questions�posted 26 Nov 2019: Draft Solicitation Posted. *Please note at this time we are not requesting proposals, although there is a closing date indicated we WILL NOT request proposals from this DRAFT�iteration of the solicitation.� The purpose of the DRAFT solicitation is to provide industry an advanced notice of the pending official Livermore Phase A solicitation.� The final solicitation will be released in early 2020.* 15 October 2019: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento (USACE) District will be holding an Industry Day meeting on 5 December 2019�from 1000-1130 to discuss USACE's upcoming solicitation for a major construction on a 52 acre site in French Camp, CA which is located just South of Stockton. These individual structures will all have specific design criteria that will impact the other structures within a fully integrated and interdependent Campus. Engineering and Logistics Building (ELB) The requirement for this project is to construct a new 20,000 sf facility Engineering and Logistics Building (ELB). This facility will include Logistics Management Services, Engineering, Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and a Shared Administrative Area. The 20,000 sq ft facility will be collocated on a large site with other newly constructed facility within a phased campus construction over multiple years. Community Living Center (CLC) The requirement for this project is to construct a new 112,000 sq ft Community Living Center (CLC). The Community Living Center (CLC) is comprised of two primary components: 1) A ""Community Center'' for centralized administrative functions, larger social gatherings and common activities shared by all residents and 2) A ""residential/ home environment"". Within in distinct ""Residential Neighborhoods"", each of which includes four 10- Bed Residential Houses, all with associated support and staff spaces. Each neighborhood is connected to the central Community Center by enclosed connecting corridors. The Community Center provides centralized space for common social activities and events as well as a therapy space, administrative offices, a centralized kitchen and community support functions. This 112,000 sqft CLC will include an 80 bed Nursing Home Care Unit (NHCU) beds in private bedrooms with private bathrooms. The CLC facility will be collocated on a large site with other newly constructed facility within a phased campus construction over multiple years.
