Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a full and open, competitive solicitation (N00024-19-R-5601) for the manufacture, assembly and test of Build-To-Print (BTP) production Consoles, Displays, and Peripherals (CDP) Technical Insertion Sixteen Modification One (TI-16 MOD 1) equipment, which is comprised of Air Cooled and Water Cooled Variant A Common Display System (CDS) TI-16 MOD 1 Consoles, portions of the AEGIS Weapon System (AWS) AEGIS Modernization (AMOD) Upgrade (AAU) equipment, and Peripheral equipment. The Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 through FY2025 requirements of the solicitation include all labor, material and Other Direct Costs (ODC's) required to manufacture, assemble, and test the CDP family of Consoles, Peripheral equipment and spares. In addition, engineering services will be included to update and maintain the TI-16 Technical Data Package (TDP), provide technical data for the follow-on TI-16 configuration, and resolve Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS) issues. The TDP and associated modeling files for this equipment will be provided as Government Furnished Information (GFI) and will be updated and maintained throughout the life of the contract. A single, firm-fixed price (FFP), cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) and Cost Only contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is determined to provide the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.101. Deliveries are anticipated to be free on board at origin (FOB Origin). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. All information concerning this solicitation will be communicated via the government portal of entry (Federal Business Opportunities located at http://www.fbo.gov).
