THIS NOTICE IS IN REFERENCE TO PRIOR�NOTICE ID: 8VA2665. PLEASE NOTE THIS AD HAS BEEN REPOSTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DOCUMENTING THE�PROCUREMENTS' CANCELLATION. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THIS CANCELLED PROCUREMENT.� The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City/State: Sterling, Virginia Delineated Area: North � Beginning at the intersection of the Loudoun County Parkway and Waxpool Road (Route 625); heading east on Route 625 to Davis Drive (Route 868); south on Route 868 to S. Sterling Boulevard (Route 846); west along Route 846 to Shaw Road (Route 636); south along Route 636 to Old Ox Road (Route 606); east along Route 606, which turns into Sterling Road, to Elden Street (Route 606/228); east along Route 606/228, which turns into Baron Cameron Avenue, to Reston Parkway (Route 602); � East � Route 602 to Fox Mill Road (Route 665); South � Route 665, which turns into Frying Pan Road to Sully Road (Route 28); north on Route 28 to the Dulles Access Road; west along the Dulles Access Road, which turns into Saarinen Circle, to� Copilot Way; Copilot Way to Cargo Drive; north along Cargo Drive, which turns into Aviation Drive, to Autopilot Drive; north on Autopilot Drive to Rudder Way; east along Rudder Road to Ariane Way; north on Ariane Way to the Dulles Greenway (Route 267); west on Route 267 to the Loudoun County Parkway; West � north on Loudoun County Parkway to the point of beginning. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Sterling, Virginia, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs and replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. Subleases will not be considered. Not all minimum requirements are reflected in this advertisement. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A lease net of gas and electricity is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered. The General Services Administration (GSA) is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized offices and employees of the GSA or their authorized representative, CBRE, Inc. Expressions of interest should include the following information at a minimum: 1.�������� Building name, address, and age; 2.�������� Location of space in the building and date of availability; 3.�������� Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and rate per RSF; 4.�������� ANSI/BOMA office area/usable square feet (USF) and rental rate per USF, full service and inclusive of a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $46.74/USF, meeting GSA�s standard building shell requirements; 5.�������� Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized ����� contact; 6.�������� Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; 7.�������� Information on project and building ownership. An offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to respond to a request for lease proposal (RLP).� SAM registration is not required prior to responding to this advertisement, but is required at the time of initial offer submission which will be established at issuance of the RLP.� Offerors without an active SAM registration at the time of initial offer submission established by the RLP cannot be considered for the procurement.� It is recommended that potential offerors register or verify their current registration is active at SAM.gov.
