- Description
- The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, tools, equipment, materials and services required to remediate fan coil, makeup air unit, and energy recovery ventilator deficiencies at Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 for six separate buildings.� The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS).� Work shall be in compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements. �All work shall be accomplished within 120 days of award. AMENDMENT 4 This amendment is to include a word document for answers to all the questions submitted. There will also be another attachment for reference. Please prepare your quotes with this information.� At this time, the solicitation due date remains unchanged.� AMENDMENT 3 Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the answers to all submitted questions are still waiting for responses. Due to this delay, all quotes for this solicitation will now be due NLT 10 April 2020 @ 02:00PM CST.� No more questions will be taken at this time and we hope to have answers out NLT COB 7 April 2020. AMENDMENT 2 Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic the site visit scheduled for 1 April 2020 has been cancelled. Instead we are offering a a video tour as well as photos. Please see below for details on this amendment as well as the updated Combo.� A video tour of the project will be provided in lieu of a site visit due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. The video tour will consist of 11 videos that will be sent out to all interested vendors. All interested vendors planning to submit a quote for this requirement who would like access to the video tour must request the video NLT 31 March 2020 via e-mail to the Point of Contacts� in order to be included on the distro list. The video tour will then be available on 1 April 2020 to all who requested the video by the deadline. More instructions to follow when the video is sent out so please be vigilant and patient with this process. All questions pertaining to the requirement will be due NLT COB 2 April 2020 to the Point of Contacts� via e-mail. Offerors shall respond via e-mail to the Points of Contact. Offers must be RECEIVED by the Points of Contact listed in the table below BEFORE the time that the offer is due. Offers Received after the exact date and time listed below will not be considered. AMENDMENT 1� Due to the current circumstances that our nation is facing all the dates in the solictation will be pushed back one week. Please see below for the dates for the site visit and the end of solicitation.� A Site Visit will be held on Wednesday 1 April 2020 @ 10:00 AM CST. All interested parties shall report to the front gate of Little Rock AFB in Jacksonville, Arkansas 72023. If interested party does not have base access, please arrive 30 minutes prior to 10:00 AM CST to allow time for sign in. All interested vendors planning to attend the site visit shall RSVP via e-mail to the provided Point of Contact NLT COB 30 March 2020. Any questions will be due to the Point of Contact NLT COB 2 April 2020.
