Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for locally employed staff health insurance coverage.� The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference on March 13th 2020, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. Your proposal must be received by email at santiagosolicitations@state.gov on or before March 31, 2020� No proposal will be accepted after this time. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. ?� All contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov? prior to submitting a proposal.�� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at:� � https://www.statebuy.state.gov/pd/Pages/AdditionalVendorReg.aspx�
