Description

The USAID Haiti Mission intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the Tseng Consulting Group to perform immediate emergency air duct cleaning and sanitizing for the Justinien Hospital University Pediatric Ward located in Cap-Haitien Haiti.� This is not a request for competitive quote.� Therefore, any response to this notice must clearly state their interest and demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that another source is capable of meeting the Government�s requirement timely, and that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider all expressions of interest received within fifteen calendar days after the date of publication of this notice. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order, if any, to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responses are received, USAID/Haiti will proceed with the purchase order award without further notice.
