Solicitation Number: SPRRA1-20-R-0075 Set Aside Code: N/A Response Date: (MM) (DD) (YYYY) 15 days Description: No telephone requests will be accepted. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone number. PRON: AX0F2106AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm Fixed Price Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 3 each up to a maximum quantity of 30 each of TEST SET GROUP, ELEC ; NSN: 6625-01-566-1388; Part Number: 300833-1005-0201 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 3 Each Year 2: 7 Each Year 3: 7 Each Year 4: 7 Each Year 5: 6 Each Production Lead Time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA, 18466-5059. This requirement is restricted to SIMMONDS PRECICION PRODUCTS INC, CAGE CODE: 89305. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to: usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ame-sar@mail.mil and by looking under the Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
