Description
Molecular Antibody (non-ELISA) Testing Platform on a cost-per-reportable test basis. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Europe, Bldg 3705 on Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, 66849 Landstuhl, Germany intends to solicit competitive proposals to provide an automated immunoassay analyzer capable of running FDA approved assays for all required tests. The contract for this equipment is in support of the Dept. of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services (DPALS) and shall include all reagents and materials necessary to perform the specified assays, training, unscheduled and preventive maintenance, Method Validations per CLIA/NCCLS guidelines, and analyzer removal at the termination of the contract. Assay method must be capable of producing clinical results in accordance with the College of American Pathologist (CAP) and CLIP/CLIA/CLSI guidelines.� Assay method must be able to perform FDA approved tests capable of producing clinical results in accordance with College of American Pathologist (CAP) and CLIP/CLIA/CLSI guidelines for, at a minimum, the following analytes: CMV IgG / IgM, HSV 1/2 IgG, Mumps IgG, Rubeola IgG, Varicella-zoster virus IgG and Lyme IgG / IgM. Minimum testing capacity of 100 tests per hour is required. Electrical requirement for this equipment shall be 220V/50Hz with English displays and supporting literature. Must be new and equipped with an un-interruptible power supply capable of providing all necessary electrical power to the analyzer system for 15 to 20 minutes. A Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base period and four (4) option years is anticipated.� Planned contract performance is base period from date of contract award to 30 June 2021 and option periods running 1 July 2021 through 30 June 2025. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard is 339112 and 1,000, respectively. The Product/Service Code is 6515. Release of the Request for Quote (RFQ), W9114F-20-Q0051 on beta.SAM is anticipated on or about 29 April 2020, with quotes due 30 days after release.
