Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12561520Q0023 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. This solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 811219 with a small business size standard of $22 million in revenue and the PSC Code is J066.� The USDA Dairy Forage Research Center-Cell Wall Biology Utilization Research Unit (CWBURU) at Madison, WI seeks service agreement for the Sciclone G3 NGSx effective 04/20/2020-04/19/2021. This acquisition is for the following item as identified in the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0001) Sciclone G3 NGSx Service Agreement Base Term: ��04/20/2020-04/19/2021 002) Option yr. 1: �04/20/2021-04/19/2022 003) Option yr. 2: �04/20/2022-04/19/2023 004) Option yr. 3:� 04/20/2023-04/19/2024 005) Option yr. 4: 04/20/2024-04/19/2025 Please attachments for more details. The government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price for the Sciclone G3 NGSx Service Agreement�with a Base Term and Four Optional Years.�Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote on�SF-18�(see attached). The federal government is tax exempt. �Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
