- The Minnesota Army�National Guard (MN ARNG)�has a requirement for�55,505 Bottles of Hand Sanitizer.�Each bottle must arrive in 4 oz. bottles and be�FDA approved. The product must be shipped to Little Falls, MN 56345 within 1-4 calendar days of contract award. The product must be delivered to Little Falls, MN 56345 within 1-4 calendar days from shipping date. The vendor must supply proof of product availability. The anticiapted award date is�04/07/2020 or between�04/07/2020 - 04/10/2020 if multiple awards are issued. The MN ARNG anticipates issuing a FIRM FIXED PRICE order, multiple awards�may be issued�in order to reach the overall quantity of 55,505 bottles of hand sanitizer. Email Quotes to: Eric Ahlgren at eric.a.ahlgren.civ@mail.mil Reference Atatchement 1 For Combined Synopsis/Soliciation and Clauses and Provisions: Questions: Eric it says that we need to make priced good until 13 April pricing is not the issue what is available now will definitely not be available then. Do you want this in one delivery or multiple? Q: I am seeing two different quantities. 55,505, and 50,505. Just wanted to clarify the amount. A: 50,505. Q: The 4oz bottle, most of my manufacturers bottles come in 2, 3.5, 6, 8 oz bottles. Would any of these size bottle work? A: We would be willing to consider 3 oz - 5 oz bottles at this time, price will still be evaluated at price per bottle not price per fluid oz. Q: The solicitation states that the product needs to be delivered max 8 days after contract award. Is there any grace period? A: No. Multiple Awards may be issued based on the delivery schedule. The award(s) will be based on the date parameters of delivery to the location listed in the solicitation. There may be one delivery or multiple whichever is most advantageous to the Government. The Government intends to award based on product availability in order to get the product within the delivery schedule listed in the solicitation which is: The product must be shipped to Little Falls, MN 56345 within 1-4 calendar days of contract award. The product must be delivered to Little Falls, MN 56345 within 1-4 calendar days from shipping date.� As long as delivery or deliveries�meet the terms of the contract (schedule), the delivery amounts is not an issue.
