- Amendment 01 of the solicitation provides answers to industry submitted questions and updates the Solicitation documentation to bring it up to date with the answers.�As a result of these changes, the deadline for bid submission will be extended to 1:00pm, 14 April 2020, with the actual bid opening being rescheduled for 1:30pm, also 14 April 2020. Please see attached Solicitation Amendment document for further details.� This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to support a requirement for Concrete Installation, Repair & Maintenance Construction Services. Please see attachments included herein for solicitation and all details. This requirement is solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) ser-aside. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached solicitation document and all supplemental documents. Any and all questions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer, no later than 3:00pm CST, 19 March�2020. This will ensure that responses are provided in a timely manner.� Bids are due no later than 1:00pm CST, 07 April 2020.
