- UPDATE AS OF 1 April 2020: All bids shall be submitted electronically.� Amendment has been issued to include Attachment 1, DoD SAFE user guide, update bid opening date, to inform bidders that bid opening will be held via teleconference.� Bid opening will be 24 April 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. The work shall be located at the intersection of Clear Creek and Old Ironsides/Hell on Wheels, Fort Hood Texas. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer. Intersection will have traffic during performance of work under this Contract. The purpose of this project is to install a complete traffic control intersection at the intersection of Clear Creek and Old Ironsides/Hell on Wheels. To include, but not limited to traffic control devices, pedestrian control devices, electric service, pavement markings, and ADA curb ramps.
