- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient mental health, substance abuse, and sex offender treatment services within 5 miles of the King County Courthouse, 516 3rd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104, and should be accessible to public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on July 1, 2020 with nine (9) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all option years are renewed) on June 30, 2030.
