THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT, **SOW HACH Security System and Water Monitoring System Maintenance Contract**. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION.� This sources sought is seeking interest for providing Water Monitoring Stations and Hach Water Protection Security System Biotector B3500 Maintenance services in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW) to the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron(28 CES) at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811412 with a size standard of $16.5�million. All interested parties are invited to provide the below listed information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT WHEN IT IS FORMALLY ADVERTISED, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS If your firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above, who believe they can meet the requirements, you are invited to submit, in writing, a complete capabilities package. Provide responses NO LATER THAN 10 April 2020 to spencer.delange@us.af.mil. At a minimum a capabilities package shall include the following: state skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform this type of work. Include the following information within the statement: 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, email address, website, and CAGE Code. All companies must have an ""active/current"" registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a offer is submitted. 2. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. SBA Certified 8A Program Participant). 3. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor. 4. Offeror's Joint Venture, Partnering Agreement, or Mentor-Prot�g� information if applicable - existing and potential. 5. A listing of any government contracts held over the last three (3) years. 6. If you are a small business, are you considering submitting a proposal as a prime contractor? 7. What are the most critical criteria that would distinguish your company's capabilities from another? Explain.
