Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA,18466-5059. PRON: AX0F6069AX:� The Government proposes to acquire on a 5 Year Requirements Type, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 5 each and an estimated maximum quantity of 25 each of an RADIO FREQUENCY; NSN: 5895-01-677-8457; Part Number: 3000652000 applicable to the BJ AH-64 APACHE weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA,18466-5059. These items are restricted to L-3 Communications Corporation (CAGE: 06401). The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
