TSgt Ryan LaFever - additional contact info: CELL PHONE: (325) 305-2023 ***SPECIAL NOTICE*** Build Splash Pad at Goodfellow Air Force Base - Sealed Bids shall be submitted in HARD COPY ONLY.� Electronic Copies are not acceptable.� The Public Bid Opening shall be conducted at the 17 CONS/PK Main Conference Room, 210 Scherz Blvd, Bldg 707, Goodfellow AFB, TX. 76908 at 2:00 PM, 20 April 2020.� Submission of the attached BAL is required at least 3 days prior for parties interested in attending. -See 52.236-27 Alternate 1 for Site Visit Details. - The Delivery Date:� See 52.211-10, Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work clause. - This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside. - The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 - The NAICS code is 238990. The size standard is $16,500,000. - Offers are solicited only from those offerors who are neither debarred or suspended, nor proposed for debarment or suspension. - Verbal explanations given before award WILL NOT BE BINDING. Any changes will be made in writing via amendment. - Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of amendment(s) in block 19 of the SF Form 1442, or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with the offer. - The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time prior to award if determined to be in the government's best interest.
