Weber Basin Linen & Laundry Multi-Year (3) Description. The USDA Job Corps has is a non-personnel services multi-year requirement to provide select rental articles and weekly off-site laundry services for the aforementioned rented and some Government Furnished items and linen. This project also includes floor mat supply / replacement and cleaning services. �(4) Synopsis Period. 31 March 2020 through 15 April 2020 (5) Contracting Office Address.� 1617 Cole Blvd., Bldg. 17,� Lakewood, CO 80401 (6) Product or Service Code. S209, Housekeeping � Laundry/Dry Cleaning (7) NAICS Code. 812320, Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated) (8) Set-aside Status. None. Unrestrictive. (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1282A720R0003 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. The solicitation period is anticipated from 31 March 2020 through 24 April 2020.� All solicitation documents will be posted to SAM Beta Contract Opportunities under the solicitation number at item 9.��� (11) Site Visit. See item 12.� (12) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal meeting is not currently anticipated.� All contractors desiring a site visit may access the facility via coordinated visits requested through the center contact 48 hours in advance of the anticipated intent to visit date.� Reference Section E.1.6 of the solicitation terms.�� �� (13) Contact Point or Contracting Officer. The work is located Weber Basin Job Corp Civilian Conservation Center, 7400 South Cornia Drive, Ogden, UT 84405. Weber County. (15) Contract Type: The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award, Multi-Year contract for this project. (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The period of performance for this contract includes a base period, 1 August 2020 through 31 July 2021, and will include 4 optional years that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.� Option years are 1 August through 31 July, with the last optional year end date being 31 July 2025. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 8 May 2020. (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The Government anticipates that the range price of this contract will be: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.� This magnitude considers the following: Base + Option.� (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals.� One (1) contractor will be selected for award of this multi-year contract.� The awarded Contractor must have an active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 prior to award. Reference E.1.3.1(6) on options for fulling proposal requirements with or without an Active SAM Account. (20) Additional Information. (20.i)� Cutoff for Questions and Answers.� The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Wednesday, 22 April 2020 NLT 1300 MT.� Questions must be submitted via email to klenise.wallace@usda.gov and laurie.m.villalpando@usda.gov. �Do not make assumptions.� It is better to ask and know than guess what the Government�s intent is for any given subject area.� All inquiries should include the solicitation number in the subject of the email. (20.ii) Proposal Submission.� Proposals are due Friday, 24 April 2020 by 1500 MT.� Proposal submissions must include the solicitation number in the subject of the email(s) and contractor name.
