Description

This is to� amend MECH Solicitation. Amendment #1 of the solicitation: (1)�extends the� proposal due date to April 30, 2020;�(2) update sections of the solicitation;� and (3) provide responses to questions submitted by�prospective offerors electronically by the questions due date. This activity will support access to and utilization of quality HIV services to achieve and sustain HIV epidemic control in Luapula, Northern and Muchinga provinces. The focus will primarily be strengthening the public sector but also include engaging the private sector. The purpose of the Maintained Epidemic Control of HIV (MECH) is to reduce HIV mortality, morbidity and transmission by achieving the UNAIDS and PEPFAR goal of 95/95/95 HIV treatment coverage and providing comprehensive HIV prevention and care and treatment maintenance services in Luapula, Northern and Muchinga provinces. Additionally the activity will strengthen public financial management systems in provinces where USAID has government to government agreements .
