- Amendment 0001 to W911WN20Q3572 The Quote due date and time has been extended to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2020. The NAICS code remains 562910.� The NAICS title has changed from �Environmental Remediation Services� to �Remediation Services�.� The Size Standard for this solicitation has changed from 750 employees to $22,000,000. The GSA mileage rate in the Price Schedule was incorrect:� 37.5 cents vs 57.5 cents.� A corrected price schedule has been uploaded to Beta.SAM.gov as �B01 Attachment 2 � Price Schedule Corrected 31 March 2020�.� Please update your quotes. Changes to the PWS are highlighted in yellow and have been uploaded to Beta.SAM.gov as �B01 Attachment 3 � PWS Decontamination Cleaning Updated 31 March 2020�. This is a�combined�synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911WN20Q3572.� It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04.� The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 562910, �Environmental Remediation Services�.� The small business size standard for this NAICS Code is 750 employees.� In accordance with FAR 52.219-6, this requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.� Any resultant contract shall be Firm-Fixed Price; one award is anticipated. Contractors must be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by the Request for Quote due date in order to receive any federal contract award (visit www.sam.gov to register).� Registration is free.� Please ensure your annual SAM registration is current.� If it has expired, or will expire soon, PLEASE START THE RENEWAL PROCESS TODAY if you intend to submit a quote.
