Description: This contract action is for services for which�ICE intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Lehigh County)�under the authority of Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.501.� This procurement is for software development, data analytic support, and cloud migration of a web-based application for use by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) to identify, track, disrupt and dismantle Transnational Gangs.
