The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 500 each up to 2500 each maximum of a STARTER, ENGINE, GAS T; NSN: 2995-01-320-1315; Part Number: 70306-10000 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 500 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 500 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA., 17070-5002. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
