Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Santa Cruz Delineated Area: City of Santa Cruz Office/Lab Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 61,630 Warehouse Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,013 Total Sq.Ft (ABOA): 75,643 Space Type: Office/Lab/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 31 (including two spaces for trailers) Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: The offered space must include 13,300 Sq.Ft of Wareyard space. The offered space must be equipped with two loading bays, one loading ramp, and one roll up door that is a minimum of 14ft high by 21 ft wide. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall be outside of the 100-year or 500-year flood plain.� The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Santa Cruz, CA, that will be expiring. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); � Date of space availability; � Building ownership information; � Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); � Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; � List of building services provided. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to this advertisement.
