Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-20-Q-0066 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20200324.This solicitation is for�the Upgrade with Expansion to Existing RightFax�System�for Evans Army Medical Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. The�Period of Performance is�1�May 2020 - 30 April 2021 with three (3)�option years. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, with a size standard of $41.5M. This procurement is being conducted as a Small Business Set Aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
