Description

ADVANCE NOTICE OF UPCOMING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Re: Federal Moter Carrier Safety Adminsitration (FMCSA) Integrated Inspection Management System (IIMS) services � This serves as a notice to industry that the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), IT Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE) intends to release a solicitation in April 2020. �The solicitation will result in a contract to provide Integrated Inspection Management System (IIMS) Services for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). � The Department of Transportation (DOT), FMCSA, requires contractor support to all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Integrated Inspection Management System (IIMS). The Government estimates the total value of this effort to be over $15 million. A DRAFT version of the Request for Proposal including the Performance Work Statement via attachment are provided with this notice. These documents are issued in advance as market research and to obtain feedback and/or questions from industry partners, which the Government may not answer directly but will use to consider for any changes that may need to be made to the final solicitation. Please note the documents being provided are DRAFT and the Government has the right to make any changes deemed necessary. Feedback and questions related to the draft documents shall be submitted in accordance to the attached document entitled Feedback and Questions to mark.miller@dot.gov no than 12:00 pm EST, April 6, 2020.
