Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Freeman + Freeman USA, Inc. 46030 Manekin Plaza, Suite 170, Sterling, VA� 20166.� The requirement is to provide one Foster + Freeman Crime-Lite 82S & 82L light sources, one Foster + Freeman Crime-Lite 42S light sources, one Foster + Freeman Crime-Lite 82/42 Battery Adaptor, one Foster + Freeman MVC1000/DC Superglue Fuming Cabinet and one Foster + Freeman MVC3000D Superglue Fuming Cabinet.� The NAICS code is 334516. �The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only one responsible Source.� The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.� If no affirmative written responses are received by 7:00 a.m. on 6 April 2020, an award will be made without further notice.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
