Description

This requirement is restricted to Battelle Memorial Institute (CAGE Code: 79986) IAW U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government proposes to acquire, on a one-time buy, firm-fixed price contract, a quantity of 500 each of Panel, Fault - Function Indicator, Aircraft; NSN: 1680-01-677-2632; P/N 44781000-130, applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Required delivery shall be FOB Destination. First article testing is not required. No telephone requests will be accepted. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date�annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the close date stated above.
