Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order as a modification under the current contract N00024-14-C-5114 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) located in Moorestown, New Jersey. This modification is for the procurement of Korean Interface (KIF) Cabinets for KDX III Batch 2 Ships 1-3. This contract modification order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (4), using other than full and open competition.� Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact LM RMS directly. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(4), as implemented in FAR 6.302-4. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. or submit proposals.
