- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Trenton Delineated Area: Starting at Perry Street and Ewing Street: South on Ewing Street to Elizabeth Street to North Clinton Avenue. North on N. Clinton Avenue to Wall Street to Raoul Wallenberg Avenue to Barlow Street to Market Street. West on Market Street to Stockton Street to East Front Street. West on East Front Street to Lincoln Highway. North on Lincoln Highway to Perry Street. East on Perry Street, ending at Ewing Street. (See Attached Map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,976 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,275 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 Surface Spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 14 Surface Spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 13 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space shall be contiguous on one-floor Offered space shall be located on the second floor or above Offered space cannot be in a building that houses law enforcement entities Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
