Description

FBO Description: The Clarksburg VA Medical Center located in Clarksburg, West Virginia requires the replacement of automatic door closure/operating equipment. Contractor shall remove 5 existing automatic door openers in locations identified, to include all associated safety devices and door controls. The contractor shall install five new automatic door openers in areas identified, to include all required operations, and safety equipment. Material provided and installation shall be in compliance with the attached specification, attachment A. Contractor will be required to provide material, installation services of all infection control materials to complete work. Infection control materials and methods may include but may not be limited to plastic coverings, walk off mats, negative air machines. Final determination of approved infection control strategies is subject to the final approval of the Louis A. Johnson VAMC infection control officer. Interested Small Business vendors completed the attached RFQ and submit to timothy.russell@va.gov along with proposed qualification and equipment information describing compliance with specifications attached in Section D.
