- The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-20-R-L806 is to make required changes to the solicitation.� Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) issues this request for proposal for the Army Watercraft Sustainment Maintenance (AWSM) contract requirements in Zone 2: Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).� The purpose of this service contracting effort is to provide modifications, modernizations, and on-condition cyclic maintenance (OCCM) for the U.S. Army fleet of vessels.
