Description
Project: Electrical Busway Replacement Award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Non-price factors are all evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. To be considered technically acceptable all offerors must receive a satisfactory rating for all factors. Technical Approach: Offeror must provide business licenses with the proposal. Offeror must provide business insurance with the proposal. Company personnel must be in compliance with local NEC licensing. Offeror must be in business for four or more years. Offeror must provide capabilities statement specifying the ability to manage and provide service directly related to identified Electrical Busway. Management Plan: Provide compliance with the preparation, handling, and shipment of busway materials according to the manufacturers specifications as well as other materials outlined in the SOW. Offeror must submit a Management Plan addressing the installation and energizing of replacement sections of busway and to perform this contract in accordance with the SOW. The Management Plan should not be more than 50 pages. Relevant Experience/Past Performance: Offers must provide at least two (2) references. Offeror must provide at least two (2) past contracts of equal or greater value that were successfully completed that demonstrate previous work experience. Provide description, dollar value, and Point of Contact (s) including FAX numbers. Each factor will be scored as Acceptable or Unacceptable as defined below. Each proposal will be evaluated against the Statement of Work and the stated evaluation criteria. Each proposal is evaluated using the same standards. ""Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable"" Evaluation Standards Acceptable ALL of the minimum acceptable criteria are clearly met by the proposal. The offeror's proposal meets the performance and technical capability requirements defined in the Statement of Work. NOTE: Once the proposals have been determined to be ""technically acceptable,"" award will based on cost/price only. Unacceptable Not all of the minimum acceptable criteria are met by the proposal. An unacceptable proposal contains one or more deficiencies. Proposal fails to meet specified minimum performance and technical capability requirements defined in the SOW.
