Description: RFQ HC102120QA061 must be worked in conjunction with DITCO-Europe SWA Procurement Branch solicitation number HC102120QA062 / CCSD F5180. Both requirements must have diverse paths to ensure network survivability. This requirement must be engineered and provisioned totally diverse end to end to the government's Service Delivery Points (SDP's) from HC102120QA062 / CCSD F5180; the physical paths are totally separate including man holes, conduit, (Central office locations), and fiber builds.There shall not be any single point of failure between the two circuits other than the demarc building at Thumrait, Oman. This circuit shall remain active if the circuit requested under HC102120QA062 /CCSD F5180 is affected by a commercial path outage. As a minimum, they must have 50 meters physical separation. The vendor must list all commercial equipment that the TP or subcontractor will use at the point of interface with the government's network. Task orders for both solicitations (HC102120QA061 and HC102120QA062 will be awarded to one vendor. The winning vendor will be awarded both leases based on the lowest combined life cycle cost and technical acceptability of both proposals. Failure to provide proposals for both requirements will render the proposals invalid.
