36C24520Q0311 THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. This is a Request for Information (RFI), this is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). No formal solicitation document exists at this present time. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Seeking Sources Notice is for market research to gain knowledge of potential SDVOSBs or VOSBs qualified under NAICS code search for Basement Structural Repairs of 236220, which includes corresponding index entries such as Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this RFI, a solicitation announcement may or may not be published in Contract Opportunities. This Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential vendors with the resources and capabilities to provide Basement Structural Repairs to the following Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC): Perry Point VAMC, Perry Point, MD 21902 Can you provide/perform the following? 1 Job: Structural concrete repairs, including temporary shoring installation, selective demolition of deteriorated concrete floor joists and columns to reach sound concrete, repair or replacement of existing reinforcing steel, formwork, and pumped placement of concrete, and other work to restore structural integrity to the first floor of building 80H. REQUESTED INFORMATION If you are interested, and can provide the required supplies/services, please provide the requested information as indicated below. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall also include: Company name, address, point of contact, and size of business. Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or the NAC or are you a contract holder with NASA SEWP or any other federal contract? If so, please provide the contract type and number. - Please indicate the size status and representations of your business, such as but not limited to: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) with an active registration in VETBIZ, HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Business, Large Business, etc.). NOTES All Capability Statements/Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be submitted via email only to David.Valenciabonilla@va.gov. Telephone, fax, or any other form of communication inquiries will not be reviewed or accepted. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received no later than March 31, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). This Sources Sought Notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it may or may not be announced at a later date, and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this Sources Sought Notice.
