Description
Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB) & Cheyanne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS)�is seeking Oil & Water Separator pumping services.� Period of performance will be 1 (one) base year with 4 (four) option years. Service will be for 23 tanks across Peterson Air force Base and 6 tanks across Cheyanne Mountain Air Force Base. Quotes will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method.� The lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability.� Should the lowest priced offer be found technically acceptable the contract shall be awarded to that offeror.� If deemed unacceptable, the next lowest offer will be evaluated. Price including options Price will be evaluated using the contractor submittal form attached to this solicitation. CLIN 0001 with be the Oil and Water Separators for PAFB � Section V Appendix A of PWS CLIN 0002 will be the Oil and Water Separators for CMAFS. � Section VI Appendix A of PWS The total will be provided in the space marked total. The offeror with the lowest overall total contract price, including all options, will be awarded the contract. Technical acceptability Technical Approach: This volume shall include the contractors overall capabilities and approach to meet or exceed the requirements of the PWS. Response to Emergency: This volume shall include the contractors plan to ensure emergency response time is met in accordance with the PWS. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
