- The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), Phoenix, AZ. intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation for the construction of Indian Bend Bridge, SFIR 3(1), South Fork Band of the Te-Moak Tribe, Elko NV. The contractor will provide labor & supervision, equipment, materials and services to remove and dispose existing debris from the former bridge, grade, drain and place aggregate surface course on 0.26 miles of roadway and construct a new bridge on Route 3. The project site is on the South Fork Indian Reservation, Elko County, Nevada. . This acquisition is issued as ""Full and Open Competition"". The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this project is currently estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project�s Performance Period will be two hundred ten (210) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. . Contractor registration in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM) is required in order to be eligible for the contract award. Registration may be completed and information regarding the registration process may be obtained at http://www.sam.gov. . The anticipated release date of the solicitation package will be on/or about the week of April 6, 2020; bid due date (for bid opening) will be on or about May 12, 2020, Tuesday, 2:00 PM MST (Phoenix, AZ. local time). Once issued, the solicitation documents will be available electronically for download at https://www.fedconnect.net. All responsible sources may submit a bid and will be considered.
