- **PLEASE READ: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about February 10, 2020. Description: Contract work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation and materials required to remove, dispose, pump, excavate, furnish and install improvements for Campground Water Systems. � Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project. Location: There are four campground locations where work will be accomplished. Tannery Gulch, Stoney Point, and Clark Springs Campgrounds are located along State Highway 3, around the Stuart Fork Arm of Trinity Lake, in Trinity County, CA. Ackerman Campground is located along Lewiston Lake, on Trinity Dam Boulevard, approximately � mile south of Trinity Lake Dam, in Trinity County, Ca. Tannery Gulch, Stoney Point and Clark Springs Campgrounds: �From Redding, CA, take Hwy 299 west for 44 miles to Weaverville.� Take Hwy 3 from Weaverville to the west side of Trinity Lake.� Tannery Gulch Campground is located approximately 13 miles north of Weaverville, CA, follow road signs into campground from Hwy 3.� Stoney Point Campground/Stoney Swim Area is located approximately 14 miles north of Weaverville, CA and the work is located along the shoulder of southbound Hwy 3 near the Stoney Swim Area parking lot.� Clark Springs Campground is located approximately 18 miles north of Weaverville, CA on Hwy 3.� Follow road signs into campground from Hwy 3. �Ackerman Campground: From Redding, CA, take Hwy 299 west for 28 miles to Trinity Dam Blvd, then 12 miles north on Trinity Dam Blvd to Ackerman Campground. .Price Range: $100,000 - $250,000 Estimated Start Date: �April 01, 2020 Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns. � Bonds: A Bid guarantee is required with the quote. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful contractor within 10 days of award. Response Location: Quotes will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than date and time indicate on the solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting quote. �
