- Amendment 00002 extends the bid due date to April 15, 2020 @ 1:00pm CST. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials and incidentals to replace and/or upgrade feed water, steam, exhaust and burner controls on four (4) boilers, associated data transfer systems and interfaces and ancillary equipment.� The contractor is responsible for programming the associated control systems and interface to be located at each burner control and plant master located within the CUP operator�s office.�
