Description

The Strategic Systems Programs office requires�level of effort support services�for strategic analysis and research, exercise development and staffing, and program management support for the Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP) for FY21-FY25 (i.e. Base Year FY21 and four one year Option periods).� Upon release of the solicitation, offerors shall submit�proposals electronically via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) (www.waw.eb.mil) Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module�accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/auth/home/home.xhtml.� In order for interested offerors�to submit a proposal, they must�register and establish a vendor account in�the WAWF�/ PIEE system. A copy of the Vendor Registration Guide is attached to this Presolicitation Notice. �
