- BLM-CO - Cultural Resource Inventories - Pre-Solicitation Announcement This is a pre-solicitation for the cultural resource inventories listed on Attachment 1. At this time this is only an announcement of upcoming requirements, so no action is required upon your part except to list yourself as an interested bidder and send your contact details including your DUNS number to the POC. At this point, no determination has been made about set-aside or contract vehicle, i.e. open market or GSA Schedules. Also, note some of these projects are not yet funded. The Government reserves the right to cancel any or all of them prior to award with no liability for costs incurred by the vendor. A separate solicitation will be made for each of the listed projects over the next two - three weeks. If you are interested in one or more of these projects, please send your info to to the POC.
