- **UPDATE, 3/19/2020** Questions & Answers received following the 12 February 2020 FY21 Content Conversion Pre-Solicitation Conference are attached.� �Also attached are the�solicitation Section B with estimated CLIN quantities and overall dollar value estimate for the IDIQ Contract ceiling; and updated IDIQ SOW, Appendices B-M, and Exhibits A & F.� �A draft FRD Workbook is available upon request.� Contractors must provide a completed GFI Request form (Attch L-9 Draft RFP GFI Request Form) directly to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Audrey Rolland, audrey.rolland@navy.mil, in order to obtain a copy of the FRD Workbook. � NAWCTSD is currently operating under 100% telework as the community and the world combat the spread of COVID-19.� For any questions regarding this update or this solicitation in general, please contact Ms. Rolland via email. **UPDATE, 2/20/20** Pre-Solicitation Conference briefing slides and list of attendees is posted.� Please provide questions to the contract specialist NLT COB 26 February 2020. **UPDATE, 2/5/20** Unsecure, public documents have been posted.� �There is no change to the documents' content.� Please respond to the posting IAW the attached Pre-Solicitation Conference Announcement.� **Oringinal Posting** Please see the attachments for information regarding the FY21 Content Conversion Pre-Solicitation Conference event.
