- The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), in support of the Alliance Future Surveillance and Control (AFSC) project, is seeking information on how interested contractors could develop an AFSC Technical Concept (TC) that fulfils the requirements for an AFSC Capability in the 2035 timeframe, and to include the analysis of Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) of the TC. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a promise to issue an IFB in the future. This RFI does not commit NATO to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, NSPA is not seeking bids at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals/bids. Industry is advised that NATO will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested partys expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future IFB, if any is issued. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a white paper. It should also include as a minimum, high-level risks and proposed mitigation plans to risks that have been identified. Furthermore, firms are encouraged to provide any additional technical information pertaining to RRFS. ROM estimates should provide indicative price and availability. To preserve pricing competiveness on any potential future procurement requests related to this RFI, it is important to provide ROM pricing, such as competitive ranges and variables impacting price, not A SPECIFIC PRICE QUOTE. The white paper shall also include the following information; company name, mailing address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail of designated point of contact. The RFI documents are available for download here: https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/eProcurement/FBO/FutureBusinessOpportunitiesList.aspx?ni=0&lng=en Enter 20LWM007 in the Opportunity ID field.
