- Amendment 1: �N6833519R0440 Past Performance Worksheet� is added as an Attachment. �N6833519R0440 Proposal Excel Workbook.xlsx� is removed and replaced in its entirety by �N6833519R0440 Proposal Excel Workbook Amendment 1�.� Offeror�s attention is directed to the �Instruction� Tab for an explanation of changes. Proposal Submission: The requirements contained in 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2018) and elsewhere in this RFP to submit Paper Copies and Electronic Copies on CD-ROMs or DVD-ROMs are removed and replaced by the following: All Proposals must be submitted by email to thomas.kracinovich@navy.mil.� Email subject line shall include the Solicitation number, N6833519R0440 and company name. Emails must be 8MB or less in size.� Proposals may be split into multiple emails, however the emails subject lines shall then also include �1 of (number of emails to be sent)�, �2 of (number of emails to be sent)�, etc. The proposal due date and time is extended to 8:00PM Eastern, 23 March 2020, except that the �N6833519R0440 Past Performance Worksheet� is due at Noon on 25 March 2020.� Failure to meet either due date will result in the proposal being considered late and be subject to Paragraph 5.0 of 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2018) in the RFP. This procurement covers a maximum of 2100sets of tools containing 1423 different types of commercial tools and a total quantity of 198,390 individual tools over 1 year in support of the F-35 aircraft.� The required tools, and their placement in each specifically designed F-35 toolbox, has been configured by the F-35 Tool Control Program to accomplish unique F-35 maintenance tasks at the squadron level.� This� The purchase of these tools provides the fleet with the capability to ensure that all tools are available to accomplish the F-35 maintenance and accounted for upon completion of the maintenance tasks.�
