- SCOPE OF WORK This project consists of providing all labor, material, and equipment to remove and dispose of existing man doors on buildings 1000 and 1001.� Install new fiberglass doors, and screen doors.� Refurbish overhead garage doors by removing rust; install paint, seal to exterior weather.� Install approx. 90� rain gutter.� Remove concrete and asphalt driveway and sidewalk.� Grade slope away from building.� Install new concrete driveway and sidewalk.� Install new interior and exterior duplex receptacles and light fixtures.� Install new chimney flashing on building 1000.
