Description

This is a presolicitation notice for a contract for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service, Region 4, at the Claude Pepper Federal building, located at 51SW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33130.� This acquisition will result in a single contract award.�� This presolicitation notice announcement is not a solicitation document, but a pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your proposal will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about 21 March 2020 (estimated). There will be a pre-proposal conference conducted, inclusive of a tour of the site.� The proposed date of 26 March 2020, at 1:00 p.m. (est).� Those interested in attending will need to RSVP to ensure access to the facility.� All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/.� Scope of Work: Furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, and other required items to provide elevator replacement/modernization of passenger andservice elevators (5 passenger, 1 freight).� Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawing will be provided as attachements with the solicitation.��� Duration of the project:� All work to be completed within 480 calendar days from the contractor's receipt of Notice of Proceed (NTP). This procurement is an UNRESTRICTED full and open requirement. Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, and has a size standardof $36 million.
