- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Air and Marine Operations (AMO) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the procurement of Aircraft Pilot Training Services in a variety of Rotary Wing(RW) helicopters and Fixed Wing (FW) airplanes.� The aircraft currently under consideration for Initial/Transition and Annual/Recurrent Training are:� Eurocopter AS350, Eurocopter EC120, UH1, King Air 200, King Air 350, C-12 Huron, Citation II/C-550, Dash 8, Pilatus PC-12 Series, Sikorsky S76B, UH60 Blackhawks. These training services must be in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and among the FAA certified providers in accordance with Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, commonly known as the Federal Aviation Regulations. More than one Offeror may be awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Prices and limited Time and Material and Cost Reimbursable Contract Line Items under the Solicitation.� It is anticipated that the period of performance will consist of Five and a Half Ordering Periods. It is anticipated that the Solicitation will be made available via beta.SAM.gov on or before April 1, 2020. �Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. �All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. �Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most -up-to-date information about this acquisition. �All contractors doing business now or in the immediate future with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). �The website is http://www.sam.gov.� The date for receipt of proposals will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation.
