THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.� The information gathered from market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, has a future requirement for the supply of Bread Products at the FCC Terre Haute located in Terra Haute, Indiana.� The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation.� The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base with one 12-month option year for renewal.� The Government anticipates requiring the following listed below: Hot Dog Buns (Whole Wheat) 12 count packs, Base Year and Option Year � 10,000 pks Hamburger Buns, (Whole Wheat) 12 count packs, Base Year and Option Year � 50,000 pks Bread, (Whole Wheat) Loaf, Base Year and Option Year � 100,000 loaves Bread, Dinner Rolls, (Whole Wheat), Base Year and Option Year � 18,000 ea Rolls Hoagie, (Whole Wheat) 8 count packs, Base Year and Option Year � 30,000 pks A Government solicitation document to provide the above mentioned requirement and quantities is being developed, and a contract may or may not result.� Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.�� All future information about this requirement, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure that they have the most current information regarding this future solicitation.� All response to this market research questionnaire may be submitted to Keith Dupas, Contracting Officer at kdupas@bop.gov.
