Ft. (ABOA): 2,300 sf Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft. (RSF): 2,645 sf Space Type: Office and related type Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 (Two) Full Term: 20 (Twenty) Years Firm Term: 10 (Ten) Years Option Term: TBD Additional Requirements: Building must not be within a 100-year flood zone A fully serviced lease is required Parking lot must be able to accommodate pull-thru trailers and oversized vehicles �Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
