- PXI Test Set Groom and Personnel Training Proposal Requirements: a. Examine failures encountered while testing the 399� Icebreaker circuit cards. Ensure that the failed cards are diagnosed and repaired properly. If any failures were caused by a faulty PXI test set, I will repair that test set. b. Find out why some cards will pass on one test set and fail on another. c. Install updates for National Instruments software as well as Windows. d. Hold training of ATE personnel and observe them while they run tests. Period of Performance: Technical Exchange meetings will consist of a duration of two weeks per session. Three (3) separate sessions are requested over a period of one year starting from April 15th 2020 through April14th 2021. Dates of each session will be mutually agreed upon between the ERF and the vendor during this period of coverage. Deliverables: a. Eliminate all test failures except the legitimate card faults, and to train personnel so they may efficiently repair these card faults.
