Description: Military Sealift Command (MSC) desires to charter one full-time and four part-time vessels for tweleve-month firm period and potential two tweleve-month option periods to support Government requirements. The operations will be conducted in Southern California, Point Loma area and/or within 150 Nautical Miles (NM) of Naval Base Point Loma, Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command.
